Indianapolis, Indiana

The city of Indianapolis is home to both our headquarters office and our largest facility. The manufacturing site is the world's largest pyridine and picoline facility. This site also manufactures various specialty pyridine and picolines derivatives, vitamin B3, cyanopyridines, chloropyridines and more. The facility is certified for ISO 9001:2008 and has certified conformance with the American Chemistry Council's Responsible Care® Management System and the B3 facility meets cGMP.

Bayonne, New Jersey

This facility specializes in specialty chemicals based in castor oil. The operation is a batch facility with flexible manufacturing equipment, including for hydrogenation, and operates the only castor oil refinery in North America. Located on Newark Bay, the facility has a dock for barge unloading. The facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has certified conformance with the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® Management System.

Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania

This location is a manufacturer of fine chemicals with a core competency in the manufacture of alkenyl succinic anhydrides (ASAs). Within the ASA market, Delaware Water Gap focuses on the demanding food starch modification end markets as well as the paper and textile markets. This site also manufactures salts for pharmaceutical, photographic and electronic applications. The facility has certified conformance with the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® Management System, and it is a cGMP facility.

Greensboro, North Carolina

This site is a multipurpose, flexible ISO 9001:2008-certified and cGMP facility that produces castor oil and citric acid derivatives for a variety of end-use markets, as well as DEET mosquito and insect repellent. The operation is very efficient with computer-controlled batch reactors in a large variety of sizes and materials of construction. The facility has certified conformance with the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® Management System.

Ledgewood, New Jersey

The Ledgewood location is an applications development laboratory for plastics, coatings and other products.

Parsippany, New Jersey

The Parsippany office is located in Lanidex Plaza and staffed primarily by commercial and financial postions.

Zeeland, Michigan

This site specializes in the manufacture of fine chemicals and custom manufacturing. Products made here are used as intermediates for the pharmaceutical, personal care and imaging industries as well as polymers for composite binders. Zeeland’s technical expertise includes high-pressure catalytic hydrogenation, quaternization reactions and chiral resolution. The facility has certified conformance with the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® Management System, and it is a cGMP facility.

Elma, Washington

The Elma facility produces liquid sodium borohydride, trimethyl boroate, and caustic in a continuous process and dry sodium borohydride in a batch process. The plant has been dedicated to the production of these chemicals since startup in 1976. The plant utilizes statistical process control, DCS automation, SAP predictive/preventive maintenance program, on site analytical laboratory, highly trained non-union staff, and a strong procedure use culture to enhance operations. The facility is ISO 9001 certified and is the longest standing VPP Star site in Washington State.
